PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply control device for an internal combustion engine, capable of increasing an occasion for prohibiting control of the increase in fuel amount with the small air amount without generating any problem of drivability in a wide range. SOLUTION: Even if an execution condition for increasing the fuel amount with the small air amount is established (YES in a step 230), the actual increase in fuel amount with the small air amount is prohibited (NO in S270) until the waiting time Td passes. In the early stage in which the execution condition for controlling the increase in fuel amount with the small air amount is established, the increase in fuel amount with the small air amount can be prohibited without generating any problem of drivability since a clutch is disconnected in shifting or an engine is stably rotated by rotational energy from a driving system in decelerating. Therefore, an occasion for prohibiting the increase in fuel amount with the small air amount can be increased without generating any problem of drivability in a wide range, and the discharge amount of CO and HC can be effectively restrained.
