SOLUTION: In the tilt hinge device provided with a rotary shaft body 15 and a bearing fitting unit 20 having a bearing part 22 for bearing the shaft body 15, the bearing part 22 of the fitting unit 20 is provided with the first bearing piece 30 provided with the first half-split curl part 32 fitted with an arc-shaped cross section inner surface 32a contacting the outer periphery surface 16a of a rotary shaft part 16, the second bearing piece 40 provided with the second half-split curl part 42 fitted with an arc-shaped cross section inner surface 42a contacting the surface 16a of the shaft part 16, and a sandwich-holding means 24 for holding the shaft part 16 in such a condition as to sandwich the shaft part 16 between the bearing pieces 30, and 40.
