PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture an intake segment in a short time without causing cost increase. SOLUTION: A main girder plate 15 and a joint plate 16 comprising steel plates are provided on the circumference in the outer peripheral side of a skin plate comprising the steel plate forming an inner peripheral face to make a frame body 12. A synthetic resin-made cylindrical body 22 is provided at a position facing a hole part 21 formed in the skin plate 14. Permeable concrete 13 is filled into the frame body 12. Water permeated in the permeable concrete 13 is guided from the intake hole 20 formed with the cylindrical body 22 and the hole part 21 to an inner face side.
