METHOD OF PRODUCING CROSSLINKED POLYASPARTIC ACID (SALT)

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a cross linked polyaspartic acid (salt) excellent in productivity and high in water absorbing capacity at low cost. SOLUTION: The cross-linking reaction is carried out by irradiating a high concentration aqeous solution of polyaspartic acid (salt) or a high concentration solution which is obtained by dissolving the polyastartic acid (salt) in a mixture of water and an organic solvent miscible with water with a radiation.
