PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To neatly align the paper sheets to feed paper sheets surely in a separated state. SOLUTION: This in-alignment carrying device 3 for aligning the paper sheets is provided with a bottom plate 11 and a rear plate 12 for holding a plurality of paper sheets to be carried in an erected state, carrier belts 13, 14, 15, and 16 carrying the paper sheets provided from its start end to its terminal part, and a bottom plate vibrating means 21 and a rear plate vibrating means 31 applying vibrations having phases different between the bottom plate 11 and the rear plate 12 to the paper sheets so as to align them.
