PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete composition and a heating system which can suppress the influence of moisture or chemical substances on human body to the utmost and realize the construction having high heating efficiency. SOLUTION: This concrete composition comprises a ceramics material comprising concrete and ceramics and a carbon material, and this heating system comprises a heater and the concrete composition. The ceramics is obtained by the steps of sintering powder inorganic material containing silica as the main component, dissolving the material in an acidic aqueous solution, neutralizing the solution, drying, adding water to the dried powder to make a muddy state, treating the muddy substance by circulating in a circulating system at the specified pressure and for the specified time, and drying the substance. The ceramics material is made by mixing resin with the ceramics and forming to granules. The carbon material comprises bamboo charcoal and Bincho charcoal.
