摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous carbonaceous material having uniform micro-pores of nano-meter (nm) size inside and a carbonaceous precursor thereof. SOLUTION: This method of producing porous carbonaceous material comprises the steps of reducing and defluorinating a fluorinated resin with alkali metal or alkali metal-containing solution, acidifying the reacted product, removing the byproduct alkali metal fluoride to obtain defluorinated carbonaceous material as a carbonaceous precursor. A porous carbonaceous material having uniform micro-pores of 1 to 50 nm is obtained by obtaining the carbonaceous precursor through removal of the byproduct alkali metal fluoride after heat treatment at 200 to 500 deg.C under vacuum in advance of acidifying the reacted product.
