PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature storage chamber provided with a heater part to improve the heating efficiency of a heat insulation space without worsening handling ability when the lower end of an opening part is closed, and thermally insulated by the slide rubber of the lower end of a heat insulation closing door and a heat insulation space surrounded by the slide rubber, and to simultaneously improve assembling quality and mounting workability. SOLUTION: A slide rubber 4 having three vertical pieces 4A, 4B, and 4C forms two heat insulation spaces 4H and 4I between the slide rubber and a floor 6. A heater section 70 with a heater 8 is mounted on a heater mounting plate 7 of a metallic plate 7 excellent in thermal conductivity and installed at a horizontal part 4G in contact with a door frame 3A in the heat insulation space 4H on the outside of a chamber. The heater part is disposed opposite to the heat insulation space 4H approximately throughout a whole surface. A whole of air in the heat insulation space 4H is uniformly and rapidly heated and the occurrence of vapor condensation and freezing to the vicinity of the slide rubber is prevented high-efficiently and besides rapidly.
