PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient and rational refrigerant compressing and condensing device having its condensing efficiency improved. SOLUTION: A refrigerant compressing and condensing device 10 is operated such that compression refrigerant produced by compressing refrigerant with a compressing part 10 is condensed by a condensing part constituted by a heat exchanger 12B3 corresponding to a former stage portion of the condensing part, a heat exchanger 12B2 corresponding to a latter stage portion and a blower 12A. The heat exchanger 12B3 is arranged along a side (x) of a heat exchanger 12B2 opposing to the blower 12A and a side (y) of a heat exchanger 12B2 opposing to a side surface of the blower 12A. In the case that a receiving accumulator 14 is installed, the heat exchanger 12B3 is installed only at a higher portion H2 than a height Hl of the receiving accumulator 14. It is also available that a height of the heat exchanger 12B3 is set to the same height as that of the heat exchanger 12B2, or fins 121C of the heat exchanger 12B2 are separate from the fins of the heat exchanger 12B3. Since the heat exchanger 12B2 and the heat exchanger 12B3 are arranged in a forward or a rearward direction, it is possible to provide a small-sized convenient and less-expensive refrigerant compressing and condensing device in which an installing space for the heat exchanger is made small.
