PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tightening joint device free from falling even if a tightener is cut and broken. SOLUTION: An upper connector 3 provided on an upper member 2 and a lower connector 8 provided on a lower member 5 so as to be freely opposed to the upper connector 3 upwardly are formed to be freely connectable to each other via tightening means 10 and joint means 11. The joint means 11 has a rectangular holed portion 12 open vertically to the side of the upper connector 3 and a loose hole portion 13 communicated with the upper part of the rectangular hole portion 12, with its diameter corresponding to the size on the long side of the rectangular hole portion 12. The lower connector 8 is provided with a lower hole portion 15 to be freely communicated with the rectangular hole portion 12. A joint 16 freely operable between both connectors 3, 8 has an upper locking portion 16c rotationally movable in the loose hole portion 13 after passing from the lower hole portion 15 into the rectangular hole portion 12 and a lower locking portion 16d to be freely locked to the lower connector 8.
