PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver halide photographic sensitive material little in the rise of fog in storage and capable of retaining high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The silver halide photographic sensitive material contains silver halide grains doped with a metallic dopant which is a complex having organic ligands by more than half of the conformation number, a compound of formula (I) and a gold sensitizer of formula (II).
