摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an abnormal receipt condition allowing no GPS radio reception from a GPS satellite and to output an azimuth information usable in the case of an abnormal receipt condition. SOLUTION: In this GPS azimuth measuring device, on the basis of GPS radio waves received sequentially in the time series from at least two GPS satellites S1 and S2 by means of GPS antennas 1a and 1b arranged apart from each other in a running body 3, a traveling azimuthψ(ti) of the running body 3 in a time (ti) is calculated sequentially. This GPS azimuth measuring device is provided with a Kalman filter part 2 detecting an abnormal GPS radio wave receipt condition by comparing a mean variation ratio aΔψ(ti) of the corresponding traveling azimuthψ(ti) calculated from a plurality of traveling azimuthsψ(ti) in a certain time section with a predetermined threshold valueε.
