PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a galvanized steel sheet obtained by using a chromium-free surface treating agent and having excellent corrosion resistance, press workability and seam weldability for a fuel tank for alcohol, or gasoline mixed with alcohol and formic acid or the like. SOLUTION: In this surface-treated galvanized steel sheet, both sides of a steel sheet are provided with galvanized layers, and with electrically conductive intermediate layers thereon. Corrosion resistant organic resin layers are formed on both sides on the intermediate layers. Further, a silica-containing organic resin film on the or the organic resin layer on one side, and a metal powder-containing organic resin film is formed on the intermediate layer or the organic resin layer on the other side. |
