PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet conveying equipment capable of generally performing a sheet conveying operation at a high speed and preventing a defect from occurring in the sheet conveying operation. SOLUTION: At the time of starting, a control device CP starts a motor M by performing a first acceleration control P1 until the speed thereof reaches a low conveyance speed K2 lower than a high conveyance speed K1 to take out a sheet of paper from the sheets of paper stacked on a sheet storing plate 1A so as to steadily drive the motor by a set conveyance amount of S1 at the low conveyance speed K2, and performs a second acceleration control P2 so as to drive the motor at the high speed K1. After the control device CP is driven at the high conveyance speed K1 to convey the sheet to a position before a resist part 3 at a high speed, a first deceleration control 3 is performed until the speed reaches the low conveyance speed K3 lower than the high conveyance speed K1 to start the motor M so as to steadily drive the motor by a set conveyance amount S3 at the low conveyance speed K3, and then performs a second deceleration control P4 until the sheet is stopped.
