PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the mounting structure for a dynamic damper which can easily position the damper and more reinforce a mounting member. SOLUTION: A dynamic damper mounting part 19 molded by drawing is set to the both sides of an opening 18 formed in a mounting member 8b, and then expanding parts 15 formed at the both sides of the mounting part 12 of a dynamic damper 9 is overlapped to the damper mounting part 19. As the dynamic damper 9 is thus mounted to the mounting member 8, the damper mounting part 19 can position the dynamic damper 9, and more reinforce the mounting member 8.
