PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manhour for assembling and the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of components in a horn device for a steering wheel. SOLUTION: This horn device for the steering wheel is provided with an air bag module 5 vertically movably supported on the steering wheel body 1 inside, and a horn switch 8 between a core bar 2 of the steering wheel body 1 and a base plate 5a of the air bag module 5. An insulator 4 is supported on the core bar by a positioning means, the base plate 5a is vertically slidably supported on the insulator 4, and an energizing means energizing the air bag module 5 upward is provided between the core bar 2 and the base plate 5a. This horn device is constituted of a few numbers of components so that the assembling manhour and the construction cost can be reduced. |
