PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection method in which a nonelectrolytic substance is detected with high sensitivity. SOLUTION: The molecular membrane is formed in such a way that a polymer material, a first plasticizer not having an electric charge and a second plasticizer having an electric charge are mixed in a prescribed ratio, and a membrane potential is changed when a lipid having an electric charge whose polarity is opposite to that of the second plasticizer is adsorbed. By using the molecular membrane, the nonelectrolytic substance which contains a sharp-taste substance or a sweet-taste substance deficient in sensitivity can be detected when the lipid having the electric charge whose polarity is opposite to that of the second plasticizer is added to a sample so as to be measured. |
