SOLUTION: This diesel particulate filter 1, 1A is used for collecting the particulates in the exhaust gas of a diesel engine 11, particulate collecting means 4, 7 are mounted among positive and negative electrodes 3, 6 alternately arranged, the electric current is supplied to the particulates collected by the particulate collecting means 4, 7 by the electrodes 3, 6, whereby the collected particulates are heated and burnt, and the particulate collecting means 4, 7 are regenerated.</p> |
