PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening structure and a fastening method for a corrosion protective material having high strength which can be easily manufactured in a short time, and which can be applied to various pile diameters. SOLUTION: In this fastening structure for a corrosion protective material for coating an outer circumferential surface of a steel pipe surface, an inner side surface of one piece of an L-shaped angular member comprising fiber- reinforced plastic and one end of a plate member comprising fiber-reinforced plastic are mechanically fixed, a joint part is formed, fiber-reinforced plastic is laminated on the surface of the joint part or on the surface and back of it, and it is fastened and fixed by a bolt and a nut using a fastening hole for the corrosion protective member preliminarily provided in the other piece of the L-shaped angular member.
