PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic pressure bearing device having a magnetic fluid sealing structure effective for preventing the splashing of the working fluid, and further effective for miniaturizing, in particular, for thinning. SOLUTION: In this dynamic pressure bearing device, a fixing pin made of a magnetic material, is used to fix, or fix and reinforce a thrust board to a shaft body, and further used as a structural member of a magnetic circuit, whereby the fixing force of the thrust board to the shaft body can be improved, and the magnetic fluid is surely held on a bearing part by the magnetic circuit. Further this structure of the dynamic pressure bearing device is effective for ensuring the fixing strength of the thrust board to the shaft body and holding the magnetic fluid, in improving the miniaturizing and thinning of the bearing device.
