PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a function in the case that the washing water is ejected along the inside wall face of the upper edge of the bowl 20 to wash the bowl. SOLUTION: A shelf part 50 is formed at the upper end of the exposed face 24 of the bowl 20 in a toilet stool 10 and an overhanging part 52 rising from the shelf part is formed of a rim 21 surrounding the bowl 20. The shelf part 50 is formed of a circular passage circulating around the bowl. Rimshot washing water RS is flushed to the downstrem of the passage along the shelf face. In the rim 21, the overhanging state of the overhang part 52 from the shelf part 50 is made different along the circular passage of the shelf 50. The overhang part 52 is overhung so as to be arranged opposite to the shelf part 50 in the vicinity of the spout 44 of the rim to avoid the dispersing ejection of the rimshot washing water RS. In other regions, the overhang part is slanted against the shelf 50 to prevent the washing water from scattering out of the toilet stool.
