PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate such drawbacks in conventional toilet devices as the upper case is apt to come into contact with the functional parts in the inside when the upper case is lifted up to open it and hence, sometimes the functional parts is damaged or a cable is broken because it is caught by a hook-shaped fitting part. SOLUTION: The case becomes hard to come into contact with the inside functional parts by rotating the upper case around a supporting part at one end of the lower case to open the body as compared with the opening method lifting it up.
