PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous footing of precast concrete capable of realizing multifunctional performance (moisture absorption/desorption performance, atmosphere cleaning performance, termite-proof performance, etc.), without requiring complicated work, and achieving light weight to reduce burden on construction workers. SOLUTION: This continuous footing 1 is a concrete mold having a hollow part 2 in which multi-function providing material 5 (charcoal, moisture regulating material, termite-proofing agent, etc.), is filled. Concrete composing the continuous footing 1 contains cement, aggregates of 2 mm or less grain size, fine powder of pozzolana, disersant, fine needles and/or fine flakes, and fibers of a larger length than the maximum grain size of the aggregates, and it has a compression strength of 200 MPa or more.
