COLORED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION, ITS PREPARATION METHOD AND COLORED RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a low-cost beaded or pelletized colored thermoplastic resin composition which yields a molded article without color drift, color shading and discoloration and which prevents pollution to the environment during processing, color change due to heat and deterioration in physical properties and which has excellent dispersibility of colorants and excellent adhesion of colorants which resists separation and falling of colorants during transfer such as air transfer and which has excellent blocking resistance during drying at elevated temperatures. SOLUTION: This colored thermoplastic resin composition is characterized by fixing a colorant on the surface of a beaded or pelletized thermoplastic resin molding material with a polyolefin-based resin, a polyolefin-based wax and/or an fatty acid amide wax. The preparation method of the colored thermoplastic resin composition comprises mixing the thermoplastic resin molded material with a colorant, a polyolefin-based resin and the wax in the presence of water and then removing water.
