PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a loading space at the time of conveying a baggage without impairing a stability of the baggage and a durability of a seat. SOLUTION: In a seat 1 of a vehicle, a seat cushion part 2, i.e., a seat part and a seat back part 3, i.e., a back reclining part are disposed along a forward/ rearward direction of the vehicle. A base end portion of the seat cushion 2 is turnably supported to a car body side surface 4 such that it can be folded at a position approximately parallel to the car body side surface 4. The base end portion of the seat back part 3 is turnably supported to the car body side surface 4 such that it can be jumped up by 180 deg. making the base end portion, i.e., an upper portion as a center. According to this constitution, when the seat is folded, the seat cushion part 2 and the seat back part 3 are not superposed and a width utilizable as a baggage chamber is enlarged by a space of the seat back part 3 to enlarge a loading space. The seat folded is not a floor surface of the baggage chamber and not only a loading state of the baggage becomes unstable but also a seat back surface is not injured.
