PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition having high resolution and excellent in tent film strength even in the case of a thin film and a photosensitive film using the composition. SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition contains a binder component (A), a monomer component (B) and a photopolymerization initiator (C). The monomer component (B) contains at least a compound (B1) of formula (1) [where R is H or a 1-3C alkyl; R1 and R2 are each a 2-5C alkylene and may be the same or different; X is a 2-20C divalent hydrocarbon; Y is a divalent group derived from bisphenol; and (m) and (n) are each an integer of 1-30 and may be the same or different].
