PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the missing of a photographing chance due to the insufficiency of luminance required for natural light photographing. SOLUTION: A control circuit 30 judges whether or not light emission by a flashing device S is needed on the basis of a light quantity detected by a photometric means 33, and in the case of judging that the light emission is needed and when a set distance by a focusing distance setting means 35 is within the reaching limit of proper exposure, the light emission by the flashing device is enabled. Contrarily, in the case of judging that the light emission is needed and when the set distance exceeds the reaching limit of the proper exposure, the light emission is inhibited regardless of the flashing device is charged or not and also the stopping actuation of a shutter by a shutter stopping means 37 is released, so that shutter actuation is performed. |
