PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sticking together of mutually confronted substrates of a liquid crystal panel from deviating in superimposition and to prevent an uneven gap between the mutually confronting substrates from taking place. SOLUTION: In the liquid crystal display device, the mutually confronting substrates (a TFT substrate 2, a counterposed substrate 4) of the liquid crystal panel 1 are stuck together on seal parts 5a, in the peripheral parts of the substrates and on dot-shaped sealing parts 5b or wire shaped sealing parts 5c outside the effective pixel area. |
