FLUID HEATER AND PRIVATE PART CLEANER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety fluid heater and a private part cleaner comprising it. SOLUTION: The fluid heater 1 comprises a temperature fuse 9 fixed onto a basic material pipe 3 on the upstream side of a heater section 7. One lead wire 29a of the temperature fuse 9 is connected with a terminal 13 and the other lead wire 29b is connected with a circuit for supplying a current to a heating element 23 at the heater section 7. When the heater section 7 is overheated and the temperature of the basic material pipe 3 reaches a set level of the temperature fuse 9, the temperature fuse 9 is blown out to interrupt the current supply circuit. Consequently, current supply from the terminal 13 to the heating element 23 at the heater section 7 is interrupted thus interrupting heating operation at the heater section 7.
