PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hot air from coming around to the front part of a heat exchanger (vehicle) while reducing damages when impact force is applied to the front part of the vehicle. SOLUTION: Gaps are formed between a panel wall part 141 and a bumper cover 410, between the panel wall part 141 and a grill 300, between a bumper wall part 411 and a panel 100, and between a grill wall part 320 and the panel 100, and a maze structure is formed by the panel wall part 141 and the grill wall part 320. Thereby, hot air is prevented from coming around (flowing in) to the front side of a heat exchanger 200 (vehicle) while reducing damages when impact force is applied to the front part of the vehicle.
