PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic transfer sheet having no blister and high gloss in both of the white paper part and the image part in which a sharp image can be formed. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic transfer sheet having a sheet type substrate, a surface transparent resin layer and a back side pigment coating layer, the air permeability measured on the top face side (according to J.TAPPI No.5) is controlled to >=140,000 see while the air permeability on the back face side is controlled to 120,000 to 20,000 sec, and the inner coupling force (according to J.TAPPI 54-93) is controlled to >=0.05 kJ/m2.
