PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by surely avoiding an occurrence of a wet vapor suction in a refrigerant circuit and preventing a damage of a compressor. SOLUTION: A gas introducing circuit (50) is connected to the refrigerant circuit (20) of an air conditioner (10). The circuit (50) is connected at its one end to a receiver (35) and connected at the other end to a suction side of the compressor (30). A solenoid valve (51) is provided in the circuit (50). In the case of starting the compressor (30), the valve (51) is opened, and a gas refrigerant of the receiver (35) is supplied to the compressor (30). In the case of defrosting by switching a four-way switching valve (33) at a heating time, the valve (51) is previously opened, a liquid refrigerant is recovered to the receiver (35), and thereafter the valve (33) is switched.
