PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable heat exchanger in which a flow path is not clogged with scale of hot water stuck on the inside of a tube due to boiling of water in the tube not in operation (hot water is not flowing). SOLUTION: The heat exchanger 1 has a constitution provided with a firing equipment 3, a fin 2 for receiving heat of the firing equipment, a hot water supply heating tube 8a provided through the fin 2, and a bath-water heating tube 5a provided through the fin 2. A heat conductive member 9 is filled at least in a predetermined part of the heating part between the tube 8a and tube 5a.
