TUBULAR TYPE DYNAMIC DAMPER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular type dynamic damper and its manufacturing method in which a mass metallic part of high density and of high dimensional accuracy is fixed on a rubber elastic body with sufficient intensity to obtain steadily an aimed damping effect and also to attain a reduction of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A mass member is constituted by a tubular mass metallic part 12 made of forged product with scales removed therefrom and all surfaces of the tubular mass metallic part are coated fittingly but not adhesively with covering rubber layer integrally formed with a supporting rubber elastic body 14.
