PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying device and an image forming device to equalize a position where a sheet is loaded on a carrying belt and improve durability of the carrying belt. SOLUTION: In each position on the carrying belt, the loading position of a sheet is controlled based on memory data of a memory means to store the number of sheet loading times in respective positions.
