PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper-made container which is easily fabricated out of blanks in a forming mold, hardly deformative though it is strong, can be sufficiently sealed up at its flange with a sealing lid and accommodative to environmental problems. SOLUTION: The paper-made container comprises a paper-made container main body fabricated out of a main blank and a sub-blank mainly made of paper and an inner protection film layer made of a thermoplastic resin film and stuck closely to the internal surface of the paper-made container main body. The main blank is formed of a frame-shaped flange and one or more pairs of opposite main blank side faces connected with creases respectively to the sides at the inside of the flange and the sub-blank is formed of a bottom face, sub-blank side faces and superposable pieces connected with crease respectively to each of the sub-blank side faces, and the paper-made container is fabricated by making the superposable pieces overlapped on a part of the flange of the main blank. A dent or a vent is provided respectively at each of parts where each of the superposable pieces is overlapped on the flange, and each of the superposable pieces is superposed on the exterior of the flange.
