PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and rationalize work of jointing a frame pipe to a joint projecting part of a lug and to improve joint strength. SOLUTION: When fitting and jointing the pipe 1 constituting a frame of a bicycle, to the joint projecting part 3 of the lug 2, the pipe 1 and the lug joint projecting part 3 are fitted to each other after applying a heat-foaming adhesive S to at least one fitting face of the pipe or the lug joint projecting part, and then heated by a heating means to form the adhesive. The adhesive is thereby foamed and expanded to reach every corner in the pressed state inside a narrow clearance of the joint part of the lug and pipe to pressure-bond the bonded faces.
