PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of properly suppressing the combination angle of a tow car and a car to be towed, without producing a big shock, in coupling of vehicle to rotatably support the car to be towed with the set coupling point of the tow car as a center. SOLUTION: A means (not shown in the figure) of attaching a wire winding drum 10 to an offset point to the combination point of a tow car 1 and energizing the drum 10 so as to rotate it in the winding direction of the drum 10, a ratchet 15 to regulate the rotation of the drum 10 in the extending direction, means (20, 21, 30) of controlling so as to switch on and off the regulation of the ratchet 15, means (8, 9) of combining the tip of the wire to a car to be towed 2, and a spring damper 12 to elastically support the wire winding drum 10 at the offset point against the combination point of the tow car 1 are provided.
