PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load on the legs and back of an occupant in getting on and off. SOLUTION: When an occupant sitting on a seat 1 opens a door and pulls a grip 7 downward with one or both legs placed outside an automobile, the applied force is transmitted to a wire fixing part 4 through a wire 5 of a transmission part and pulleys 3 of seating surface raising parts, and the end part of the seat 1 in the inside direction of the car body rotates in the side direction of the car body centering a rotation shaft 2. Thereby, the occupant with one or both legs placed outside the automobile can move the upper body upward with the hip part supported on the seat 1 and can smoothly move the center of gravity of the body outside the automobile.
