PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch booster mounting bracket of a simple shape for easy manufacturing and free from stress concentration, and securing a bolt tightening seat on a booster mounting surface. SOLUTION: A bolt hole H and a cut off part 1c are cut on a sheet of plate material and one end of the sheet is bent at right angles. The cut off part 1c has a rectangular shape and has a round chamfer R not to generate a stress concentrating part at a bent side U. A clutch booster mounting surface is formed at the bent part.
