thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power station operates as follows. Delivery water coming from heat-supply system users is heated in delivery-water heaters of extraction turbines and in water boilers; heat load Q of heat-supply system is controlled by responding to ambient temperature ta using Q = f(ta) curve. Proposed process is characterized in that centralized high-quality control of heat load is effected using base part of Q = f(ta) curve by varying temperature of delivery water circulating only through delivery-water heaters; as soon as the latter start carrying full load heat load is qualitatively and quantitatively controlled using peak part of Q = f(ta) curve; to this end flowrate of delivery water is increased by feeding it to water boilers connected in parallel with delivery-water heaters; heat load is varied by varying temperature of delivery water circulating through water boilers. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and economic efficiency of thermal power station. 1 cl, 1 dwg
