SUBSTANCE: electromechanical lock used for closing and opening doors of service rooms and living quarters has body accommodating cross-bar, outlet cam, and electromagnet with movable control member. Cross-bar accommodates double-armed lever mounted on axle, stop, and spring for tightening mentioned lever against stop. Outlet cam is connected to external and internal lock handles and installed for engaging double- armed lever in its position on stop. Electromagnet is mounted in body for deflecting double-armed lever by means of its movable control member when electromagnet is de-energized through certain angle preventing its engagement with deflection cam in locked position of cross-bar until electromagnet is energized again. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of lock; reduced power requirement; enlarged functional capabilities. 5 cl, 1 dwg
