SUBSTANCE: plant has vacuum deaerator with hot-water intake chamber, steam or superheated water source, non- deaerated water source, and deaerated water user. First inlet of steam-jet ejector is connected to first outlet of vacuum deaerator and its second inlet, to steam-jet ejector and to non-deaerated water source. Hot water tank communicates with ejector steam condenser and with intake chamber of vacuum deaerator. In addition, plant is provided with flow decelerator in the form of nozzle tilted to vertical axis and connected to inner space of hot water tank and to that of vacuum deaerator intake chamber.
