SUBSTANCE: invention relates to derivatives of serineamide, glycineamide, alanineamide and phenylalanineamide of the formula (I): where R is 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2-naphthalenyl or 2-indanyl that can be optionally substituted with lower alkyl, alkoxy-group or halogen atom; R' is hydrogen atom, lower alkyl, phenyl-(lower)-alkyl; R1 is hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, optionally acylated C1-C4-hydroxyalkyl or phenyl-(lower)-alkyl; R2 is C1-C7-alkyl, phenyl-(lower)-alkyl. Invention describes also method of their synthesis from corresponding esters or amides of amino acids, pharmaceutical composition including compounds of the formula (I) as an active component.
