PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging device which can be mounted and fixed to any of a plurality of discharging ports which are made up of various materials in various shapes, sizes and types of being internally threaded or externally threaded provided that the difference in sizes is within an allowable limit and the shapes are resembling closely, and to make a container equipped with such device resistive against leakage of liquid when being laid down while the liquid discharging device being made resistive against coming-off. SOLUTION: To the discharging device main body 1 which is turned in screwing by a screw part 10 together with a fastening ring 7 having a profiling face 8 and a packing 9 at its inside, a hook 2, a hook 3, an escape groove 4 and a shielding face 5 are provided, and a discharging valve 6 is fixed. |
