Furthermore, cross- section perpendicular to the axis in the pipe is divided into a plurality of parts by means of a baffle plate made of aluminum or synthetic resin. Supplied air is caused to flow up and down repeatedly in a direction parallel with the axis of the pipe while touching the outer tank.</p>
