PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems such as the increase in the constitution of a measurement device as a whole due to a requirement of a plurality of radiation detectors and the difficulty in shift and installation of the measurement device for handling radioactivity contamination in case of a criticality accident and the like. SOLUTION: A detection part formed by bundling plastic scintillation fibers together in a plate shape is arranged around an inspected person so as to detect existence/absence of radioactivity on the body surface of the inspected person.
