TRANSPARENT HEATER WITH TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a surface temperature of a transparent heater layer without deteriorating transparency. SOLUTION: A conductive layer 3 for temperature measurement on which an electrode 1 applying a current to a transparent conductive layer 5 formed to a transparent substrate 2 is formed is isolated from the conductive layer 5 and arranged in the vicinity of the conductive layer 5. The area of the conductive layer 3 is small as compared with the conductive layer 5 so as not to deteriorate the transparency of the conductive layer 5. The conductive layer 3 has physical properties wherein the electric resistance corresponds 1 to 1 to the temperature. The area of the conductive layer 3 is so small that the transparency of the conductive layer 5 is not deteriorated, and a temperature can be measured accurately. The conductive layer 3 can be formed in a large region and a local region.
