PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder device that can constitute plural model without additionally arranging a correction optical system or the like and without preparing plural expensive metallic molds, and that can observe an excellent observation image more inexpensively and with a simpler constitution. SOLUTION: In this finder device constituted so that either a 1st mode in which a display element 15 is arranged between an objective optical system and an eyepiece optical system or a 2nd mode in which the display element is not arranged between them can be alternatively selected, a 1st optical device 14 molded by injection molding is arranged when the 1st mode is selected and a 2nd optical device 14A molded by injection molding is arranged when the 2nd mode is selected. In such case, the 2nd optical device is set to have optical performance equivalent to optical performance obtained in the case of combining the 1st optical device and the display element, and it is molded by exchanging the nest of the metallic mold with which the 1st optical device is molded or shifting the position of the nest.
