PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sensitivity of detection and accuracy of analysis by stabilizing pH of a solution at emission to a desired value, in an analysis utilizing chemiluminescence of a complex such as a ruthenium complex. SOLUTION: A solution of an oxidized form, where the oxidation number of ruthenium or osmium has been increased, is formed by oxidizing a solution of a complex of ruthenium or osmium with an aromatic nitrogen-containing heterocyclic ligand while the solution is supplied continuously. In an analytical method where the solution of an oxidized form is mixed with a sample solution to be tested being supplied continuously to generate chemiluminescence, a mixed solution contains a pH buffer higher than 0.2 mol/l in concentration at chemiluminescence.
